  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
  • Alternating between:
    1. GHD Sit-ups
    2. Rowing

Instructions:
- Complete 20 seconds of max effort GHD Sit-ups followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
- Immediately transition to 20 seconds of max effort rowing followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps/calories accumulated across all rounds.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.
