  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15/12 Calorie Assault Bike

Instructions:
Complete 10 GHD sit-ups and 15/12 calorie assault bike every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps or calories as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to scale the GHD sit-ups if needed to maintain proper form and prevent injury.
