Tabata Cardio Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest:
    1. Peg Board Climbs
    2. Assault Bike

Instructions:
- Complete 20 seconds of max effort Peg Board Climbs, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Immediately transition to 20 seconds of max effort Assault Bike, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement).
- Score is total reps/calories accumulated throughout all rounds.


Notes:
- Scale the Peg Board Climbs to rope climbs or strict pull-ups if needed.
- Adjust the resistance on the Assault Bike to match your fitness level.
- Push hard during the work intervals and try to maintain consistent effort throughout each round.
