  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Max Effort Assault Bike
    • 10 seconds Rest

Equipment:
- Assault Bike


Instructions:
- Go all out during the 20 seconds of work, pushing as hard as you can on the Assault Bike.
- Rest for the 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Complete 8 rounds total for a total of 4 minutes of work.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent effort throughout each round.
