    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
- Perform max effort climbs on the Peg Board for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before repeating for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total number of climbs completed across all rounds.
- Push yourself to go as high as possible on each climb, utilizing both speed and technique.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent effort throughout all 8 rounds.
