EMOM Cardio Rig

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Double Unders

Instructions:
- Start each minute with the prescribed number of reps for each movement.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Continue this pattern for a total of 20 minutes.
- Adjust rep scheme as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
