Tabata Cardio Peg Board

Tabata Format:


  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest:
    • Peg Board Climbs
    • Assault Bike

Instructions:
Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort peg board climbs and 20 seconds of max effort on the assault bike, with 10 seconds of rest in between each movement. Complete 8 rounds total. This workout will push your cardiovascular endurance to the limit.
