  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 15 Burpees
  • 200 Meter Run

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that challenges you but allows for unbroken sets.


Notes: Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed. Push yourself on the runs and push the intensity on the thrusters and burpees.
