EMOM Cardio BoxEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15 Box Jumps
- Even minutes: 10 Burpees
Equipment: Box
Instructions: Perform 15 box jumps on the odd minutes and 10 burpees on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Rest the remainder of each minute after completing the required reps. Adjust box height and burpee intensity as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
