EMOM Cardio Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 20 Mountain Climbers

Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps of each movement every minute on the minute for 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining a steady pace and consistent form throughout the workout. Adjust the reps if needed to ensure you can complete each round within the minute.
