Tabata Cardio Dumbbell

Tabata:


  • Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Burpees

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Alternate between Dumbbell Thrusters and Burpees each round.


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows for consistent movement throughout the entire Tabata workout.


Score: Total reps completed for both Dumbbell Thrusters and Burpees.
