Tabata Cardio GHD MachineTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort on the GHD Machine, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Instructions:
- Set the GHD Machine to a challenging resistance level.
- Push yourself to go all out during the work intervals.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds for a full Tabata workout.
