  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Medicine Ball Slams
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many reps of Medicine Ball Slams as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the entire workout.
