  • Medicine Ball Burpees x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds
  • Medicine Ball Mountain Climbers x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds

Equipment: Medicine Ball (choose a challenging weight)
Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes). Rest 1 minute between each exercise. Aim for maximum effort during each work interval.
