Tabata Weightlifting Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • Stationary Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds
  • Weightlifting: Hang Power Clean (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds

Instructions:
- Alternate between the stationary bike and hang power cleans for each Tabata round.
- Choose a challenging weight for the hang power cleans that allows you to maintain good form throughout the intervals.
- Push hard during the 20 seconds of work and rest during the 10 seconds off.
- Total workout time will be 8 minutes.
