For Time:
- 50 Burpees
- 40 Slam Balls
- 30 Deadlifts
- 20 Box Jumps
- 10 Clean and Jerks


Barbell: #135 / #95
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform each set of repetitions in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next exercise. The weight for the barbell movements should be challenging but manageable for multiple reps.
