- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
- 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (10 each arm)
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the workout.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next exercise. Rest as needed, but push yourself to keep a steady pace throughout the chipper. Focus on proper technique to prevent injury.
