AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Bench Press
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings

- Bench
- Box
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 bench presses, 10 box jumps, and 15 kettlebell swings. Choose a challenging weight for the bench press and kettlebell swings to focus on strength. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire workout.
