Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes:
- 5 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 3 Power Snatches (135/95 lbs)


Instructions:
- Perform 5 box jumps and 3 power snatches at the start of every minute for 10 minutes.
- Scale box height and snatch weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
