- 5 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 3 Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)
Instructions:
- Start each minute with 5 box jumps, then complete 3 power snatches before the minute is up.
- Scale box height and snatch weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
