    • 20 seconds of Box Jumps
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Complete as many Box Jumps as possible in each 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. The goal is to jump onto the box with both feet landing at the same time. Adjust the height of the box based on your skill level and comfort, aiming for a challenging but safe height.
