AMRAP Skill Box

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Box Jumps
- 20 Sit-ups
- 30 Double Unders
- 40 second Handstand Hold


Equipment:
- Box
- Jump Rope


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the handstand hold to a wall walk or plank hold if needed. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
