  • 8 Rounds
  • 20 seconds of Box Jumps
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 8 Rounds
  • 20 seconds of Power Snatches
  • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible within the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next round. Alternate between Box Jumps and Power Snatches for a total of 16 rounds. Focus on explosiveness and technique throughout the workout. Adjust weight and box height as needed.
