  • 50 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 40 Burpees
  • 30 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Instructions:
Start with the box jumps, ensuring full extension at the top of the jump. Move on to the burpees, making sure your chest touches the ground and you jump and clap overhead at the top of each rep. Push yourself to complete the workout as fast as possible within the time cap.
