Tabata Strength Box

Tabata:


  • 20 seconds of Box Jumps
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Burpees
  • 10 seconds rest

Strength Portion:


  • 5 sets of 5 Back Squats

Instructions:
Perform the Tabata portion alternating between Box Jumps and Burpees for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes). Rest 1 minute between the Tabata portion and the strength portion. Complete 5 sets of 5 Back Squats, increasing weight each set if possible. Rest as needed between sets.
