Tabata Weightlifting Box

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of Box Jumps, 10 seconds rest
  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of Power Cleans, 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell


Instructions: Alternate between the Box Jumps and Power Cleans for a total of 16 rounds (8 rounds of each exercise). Complete as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next exercise. This workout will test your explosiveness and strength endurance. Make sure to choose a weight for the Power Cleans that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
