  • 50 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 40 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lb)
  • 30 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 20 Hang Squat Cleans (135/95 lb)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20")

Additional Notes:
- Make sure to fully extend hips at the top of the box jump.
- Choose a weight for the hang power cleans and hang squat cleans that challenges you but allows for good form throughout the workout.
- Time cap: 20 minutes.
