  • Weightlifting movement: Hang Power Cleans

Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort box jumps and 20 seconds of hang power cleans for 8 rounds, totaling 16 sets.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
- Use a challenging weight for the hang power cleans that allows for consistent movement throughout the tabata intervals.
- Rest 1 minute between tabata rounds.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.
