EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Box Jumps (30/24 in)
- Even minutes: 5 Front Squats (#185/#135)


Notes: This workout combines explosive box jumps with heavy front squats to challenge your strength and power endurance. Be sure to choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity.
