Tabata Strength Box

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest:
    • Box Jumps
    • Dumbbell Thrusters
    • Push-ups
    • Plank Holds

Equipment:
- Box
- Dumbbells


Instructions:
- Complete each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise.
- For the box jumps, aim for a challenging box height that allows for quick and explosive jumps.
- Use moderate weight for the dumbbell thrusters to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Focus on maintaining a strong plank position during the plank holds.
- Push yourself during each 20-second work interval, as the short rest periods will keep the intensity high.
