- 5 Deadlifts

Box Height: 24 inches for men, 20 inches for women
Instructions: Complete 5 box jumps followed by 5 deadlifts every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight accordingly to maintain good form throughout the workout. Focus on explosiveness in the box jumps and proper form in the deadlifts.
