  • 50 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 40 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 30 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Box Step-ups (24/20) with Dumbbells (50/35)
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Box, Wall Ball, Pull-up Bar, Dumbbells


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete the reps of each movement in order, moving as quickly as possible through the workout. Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
