  • 10 seconds of rest

- Box (height of choice)


Instructions:
Perform as many box jumps as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before repeating the cycle for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on explosiveness and speed in each jump. Adjust the height of the box based on your skill level and comfort.
