Tabata Strength Box

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each exercise:
    1. Box Jumps
    2. Dumbbell Thrusters
    3. Burpees
    4. Plank Hold

Equipment:
- Box
- Dumbbells


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Complete 8 rounds total, alternating between the 4 exercises listed. Make sure to use a box height that challenges you but allows for safe landing. Adjust dumbbell weight as needed for the thrusters. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
