    • 20 seconds of max effort box jumps
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many box jumps as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust the height of the box to suit your skill level and fitness goals. Focus on explosiveness and proper form throughout the workout.
