Tabata Skill BoxTabata:
- 20 seconds of Box Jumps
- 10 seconds rest
- 20 seconds of Double-unders
- 10 seconds rest
Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
Equipment:
- Box
- Jump rope
Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible within each 20-second work period, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Alternate between Box Jumps and Double-unders for a total of 8 rounds. Aim to push your limits during each work period and maintain good form throughout the workout.
