EMOM Weightlifting BoxEMOM for 12 Minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Power Cleans (135/95)
- Even Minutes: 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
Instructions:
- Complete 5 Power Cleans at the start of each odd minute, then rest until the next odd minute.
- Complete 10 Box Jumps at the start of each even minute, then rest until the next even minute.
- Continue this pattern for a total of 12 minutes.
Notes:
- Choose a weight for the Power Cleans that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Focus on explosiveness and efficiency during the Box Jumps to maximize your performance.
