Tabata Strength Box

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Box Jumps
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Box
- Tabata Timer


Instructions:
Perform as many box jumps as possible in the 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust the height of the box based on your skill level and comfort. Push yourself to jump quickly and efficiently during each work interval.
