  • 20 seconds of Box Jumps
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Equipment: Box
Instructions: Complete as many box jumps as possible in the 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds between each round. Aim to jump onto the box with both feet, fully extending the hips at the top of the jump. Adjust the height of the box as needed to maintain safety and challenge.
