AMRAP Strength Box

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Push Press
  • 20 Sit-ups

Equipment:
- Box for Box Jumps
- Barbell for Push Press


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, alternating between the box jumps, push press, and sit-ups. Scale the weight of the push press as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Push yourself to keep moving and maintain a steady pace throughout the AMRAP.
