Tabata Strength Box

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort box jumps
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Box


Instructions:
Perform as many box jumps as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust the height of the box to challenge yourself, but make sure it is a height you can safely jump onto.
