AMRAP Cardio BoxAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 15 Box Jumps
- 200 Meter Run
- 10 Burpees
- 200 Meter Run
Equipment: Box
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 box jumps, followed by a 200-meter run, then 10 burpees, and another 200-meter run. Make sure to jump onto the box with both feet landing simultaneously and extend fully at the top of the jump. Keep a steady pace to maximize rounds completed within the time cap.
