Tabata Weightlifting Box

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Box Jumps
- Power Cleans
- Thrusters


Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible within the 20 seconds of work for each movement, resting for 10 seconds before moving onto the next movement. Rotate through the movements for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust the weight of the barbell to a challenging but manageable weight.
