For Time:


  • 50 Box Jumps
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Dumbbell Snatches (each arm)
  • 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Box
- Dumbbells


Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each movement in order, moving as quickly as possible while maintaining good form. Be mindful of the box height for box jumps and choose a weight for the dumbbell snatches that challenges you but allows for unbroken reps. Scale the handstand push-ups as needed to ensure proper range of motion.
