  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

- Box height of your choice


Instructions: Perform as many box jumps as possible in each 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. Your score is the total number of box jumps completed across all 8 rounds. Adjust box height as needed to ensure proper form and safety.
