AMRAP Strength BoxAMRAP 20 Minutes:
- 10 Box Jumps
- 15 Push-ups
- 20 Air Squats
- 5 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Make sure to jump onto the box with both feet landing at the same time. Scale the weight of the deadlifts as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full 20 minutes.
