AMRAP Strength Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Slam Balls
- 15 Box Jumps
- 20 Push-ups


Equipment:
- 1 Slam Ball
- 1 Box


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 slam balls, 15 box jumps, and 20 push-ups. Keep moving and push yourself to get as many rounds as possible within the time cap. Adjust the weight of the slam ball and height of the box to match your skill level.
