    • 20 seconds of Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest
  • 8 rounds of:


    • 20 seconds of Sit-ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest
  • 8 rounds of:


    • 20 seconds of Air Squats
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment: None required


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata interval. Score is the total number of reps completed for each movement.
