  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35 lbs)
  • 5 Strict Pull-ups

Notes:
- Start each round with the bike and aim to complete as many rounds as possible in the 20-minute time cap.
- Scale the weight and movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
