EMOM Skill Assault Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
- Even Minutes: 10 Burpees


Notes:
- The goal is to complete the required reps within each minute and then rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Scale the calories on the Assault Bike and the number of burpees as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
